If you buy a kit, follow the instructions, and it does not do what we said it would, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund what you paid for it.
What it covers
- Cleaning kits bought directly from this website.
- Claims made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products that were used as set out in the instructions.
What it does not cover
- Accessories, solutions, gels and other items that are not kits.
- Shipping costs, both the original delivery and the return.
- Damage or disappointment caused by not following the instructions.
How to claim
Email info@homediykits.com.au with your order number, what went wrong, and a photo or short video showing it. We ask for evidence because "it did not work" is difficult to act on, and because a picture usually tells us whether the problem is the product or something we can help you fix in five minutes.
Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you a return authorisation. Send the product back with all its components, in the original packaging if you still have it. Once it arrives and we have checked it, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Your rights under Australian law
This guarantee sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, it does not replace them or limit them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality. Nothing on this page changes that.
