We ship Australia-wide from Queensland.

Dispatch

Orders placed on a business day are packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend go out on the next business day. You get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated by weight and shown in full at checkout before you pay. There are no handling fees added on top and no surprises at the last step.

The one worth knowing about is the split system gel diffuser. It is a flat rate whether you order one pot or a boxful, so ordering four costs exactly the same to ship as ordering one. There is no freight reason to buy a single pot at a time, and every reason not to.

How long it takes

Once it leaves us, delivery is in the carrier's hands. As a rough guide, allow two to three business days for south east Queensland and northern New South Wales, three to five for Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra, and longer for Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Tasmania and regional areas. Remote postcodes and peak periods add time.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will sort it out. Photograph damaged packaging before you open it if you can, it makes the carrier claim much faster.
